Thanks to Starr for sending out my hat and going above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my purchase. Absolutely love my hat, its very hard to find in this color and they were able to send it out to me. I was worried since there was some issue with the condition of the hat but when I received it there was no issues at all and I am pleased with how they kept me informed on my purchase. Its the highest quality Stetson I own and you can notice the quality and craftmanship.
The Barn jacket is exactly as pictured, fit is nice and roomy so you can wear a sweater under it. I was going to buy a real shearling coat but this was a much more reasonable option and probably more versatile. Love it!
I’ve had the hat for over 1 year. I went to both stores the one down town didn’t have what I was looking for. The other store had this one and the 1000X. The girls were super attentive and provided all the assistance I needed. The guy that cleaned and shaped my hat was great.
