Starr Shipping Policy
Our goal is to get every order shipped within one business day of being placed. Please allow 1 -2 business days for shipment information to be sent to you via e-mail once an order is placed. If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, please contact us at CustomerService@StarrWesternWear.com.
Out of Stock Orders:
Sometimes it happens, we run out of the very item you wanted! In that case we will contact you and ask you whether you would like a substitute item, or to cancel the item. If we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours, we will automatically cancel the item and ship the remainder of the order, if any. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped.
We accept orders for shipment within the U.S., however we cannot accept orders being delivered to exporting services or forwarding services even though those are located within the U.S. Some customers from Mexico may choose to order online and come to our stores in El Paso, Texas to pick up their order. We are happy to make this arrangement, although we do require all credit cards to have a verifiable billing address in the United States.
Available Shipping Methods:
We offer standard or ground shipping through the United States Postal Service and UPS. The cost is based on the size of the box as well as weight, so some items such as hats may have an unexpectedly high shipping cost. The shipping cost comes directly from the carrier, and you are not charged a handling fee or any other added fees. Delivery can take from 3-7 days depending on your location.
Customers within driving distance of our El Paso, Texas stores can choose to pick up their orders at the store of their choice at no additional charge.
Free Shipping on Purchases Over $50:
We are happy to offer free standard or ground shipping to all qualifying orders of $50 or more (excluding all hats which have a $10 flat rate). To qualify, your order must total at least $50 before taxes or discounts and have a deliverable USPS address in the contiguous 48 States. Some final clearance items may not qualify for free shipping. Applies to retail purchases only. Applies only once per purchase. Does not apply to multiple delivery attempts due to inaccurate information or inability to delivery to your address.
All orders over $150 will require a signature, please be sure that someone 18 or older is available to sign for the delivery.
Currently, we cannot ship standard or ground shipping to the following states and territories: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. We do offer USPS Priority and Express to those states and territories, as well as UPS 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii. APO and FPO address may use any USPS Shipping method.
We want you to be happy shopping at Starr, and we understand that sometimes items just don’t work out for one reason or another. We’re happy to try and make it right for you with a return or an exchange. We ask that the item be returned within 30 days of package delivery. The item must be brand new, unused or unwashed, with all tags and original packaging still attached and any accessories included. We cannot accept items that have been modified in any way, such as: monograms, alterations, etc for return or exchange. Refunds are based on the original price paid, excluding shipping, which is not refundable. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded. If a customer wants to reclaim any such non-refundable items, they will be responsible for paying shipping to retrieve them. Otherwise items will be donated.
You may ship the package to us using any carrier you wish. You do not need a prior authorization from us, just make sure to include a copy of your packing list or receipt in the package so we will know which account to make the refund to, or which address to ship an exchange to. If you are asking to make an exchange, let us know what you are wanting to exchange the item for. We will ship an exchange item with no additional shipping charges one time. If more exchanges are required, you will need to pay shipping for them.

Free Returns on Eligible Items:
We offer free shipping and returns on purchases of $50 or more within the continental U.S. If your purchase qualifies for free returns, please look for the pre-paid return label that will be included in the envelope with your receipt.
You must use the label we send you in order to get free return shipping. Lost the label? No problem. If it's still within the 30-day window, email us and we'll send you another.
Free returns are only within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days you may still return your item using your own carrier following the general Return Policy guidelines above.
If you are returning something for an exchange, free shipping and return applies to only one exchange. Further exchanges will be charged for shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel the free shipping and return promotion at any time without notice.
We process most returns within 3 days of receipt. You will receive an email indicating the amount credited to your account if a return is requested, or an email indicating your exchange was shipped. Depending on your credit card processor, it may take several days to see the money refunded to your account.
Buy Online, Pick Up In Store
Sometimes it’s just more convenient to shop online, even if there’s a store nearby.
If your zip code is within driving distance of El Paso, Texas, you will see an option appear when you are ready to finalize your purchase called “Pick Up In Store”. If you choose this option, your order will be ready to pick up at the location you choose on the next day if your order was placed before noon, and within two days otherwise. Please go to customer service to collect your purchase. There is no fee for this service.

Need it faster? Call it in! If you call the store directly, they can gather your order for you if it is in stock, and have it ready the same day.

We cannot ship or sell more than 6 pairs of Levi's or Dockers pants to any customer, to prevent unauthorized wholesale. We cannot ship Levi's or Dockers to APO/PPO addresses.
