I ordered 82HU jeans, which is the style number of the jeans we buy when in El Paso. The jeans received were boot cut and a similar but different style number. I will need to alter but the jeans are very comfortable and my husband prefers to any other jeans. Next time, I will call to make sure I receive the correct ones.
I purchased my item from you 10 days ago. I still haven’t received it. I keep checking on it and checking on it. It has not been delivered. I’ve emailed you twice and no response from the email asking you. What can you do to help me no response. I will never ever recommend your store or Order myself from you ever again your customer service is terrible.
