Starr Western Wear VIP Lainey Wilson x Las Vegas Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility:
The Starr Western Wear VIP Lainey Wilson x Las Vegas Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Starr Western Wear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Timing:
The Sweepstakes begins on September 27, 2024, at 6:30 PM ET and ends on December 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Starr Western Wear’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter:
During the Promotion Period, visit the Starr Western Wear website and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form, including your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period.
Prize Drawing:
On or around December 2, 2024, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone number provided during entry. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial contact, another winner may be selected in their place at Starr Western Wear’s discretion.
Grand Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:
• Two (2) VIP tickets to Lainey Wilson’s Wildflowers & Wild Horses concert at MGM Grand Garden Arena on December 14, 2024.
• Round-trip airfare for two (2) people to Las Vegas, NV (up to a maximum value specified in the travel voucher).
• A two-night stay in a Balcony Deluxe Suite at the MGM Grand Hotel, checking in on December 13, 2024, and checking out on December 15, 2024.
• A VIP shopping experience at any Starr Western Wear store location in Texas (value up to $500).
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,500. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Starr Western Wear. Travel must be completed on dates specified, and any alterations or rescheduling requests may result in forfeiture of the prize.
General Conditions:
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Starr Western Wear, which are final and binding in all respects. Starr Western Wear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Starr Western Wear in its sole discretion.
Release:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Starr Western Wear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Publicity:
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Starr Western Wear’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Limitations of Liability:
Starr Western Wear is not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Texas or the appropriate Texas State Court located in El Paso, Texas; and (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Starr Western Wear in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
