These boots last me about 4 years wearing them every day and not always cared for properly. Generally I have to replace the heal rubber on the 3rd year.
This pair lost a stare because the size was slightly large in length - heal loose and slips - which should be tight when new. Also with by toes seams tighter than should but that will stretch in break in period.
Owned this brand many times over my 50 years wearing western boots. If regularly polished they will last till second replaced heal rubber is worn out.
I bought these boots for my son. He absolutely loves them. He said they fit well and are super comfortable. They are the only shoes he has worn since he received them. I really love this item. I am curvy and short and ordered a M, and it still looked like the oversized look you see advertised, and went well with my everyday look in the fall, which is black and lots of leggings :) it doesn't cover my bottom backside as much as I would like but still works for me
