So it’s been a little time since I filed my first review, I love to hat at first but then found out that the Customer Service is lacking quite considerably. I bought a $1200 cowboy hat so that it would last me a lifetime, it’s expected that the hat will get wet at some point and Of course it did and dye blood away, I now have a brown, cowboy hat, and Customer Service saying that you you’re not supposed to get it wet. Well, what the hell is a cowboy head if you can’t ride with it out in the rain. I retract my review from before and give you this… When you spend $1200 on a hat you expected to last! I have had $60 hats that didn’t bleed when it got wet. I recommend if you going to buy a $1200 hat, buy it from somewhere else where Customer Service will stand by their product.

I was shocked at myself when I spent $1200 on a hat, but after having worn it for a few weeks, I am sure that I made the right decision. Love this hat, I wear it all the time. It feels great and fits perfect.
