Shirt was too big upon arrival. The customer service team at Starr were the best. They send me a smaller size with no issues. I live out of state,and one thing I miss in El Paso is Starr Western Wear ! Great job!

I am quite upset, as this hat was beautiful and I ordered it in my normal size. Have two other resistor cowboy hats in the same size and I confirmed the size with a customer service agent based on my measurement as well. I could not even get the hat on my head at all! I could look at it and see it was extremely small. I am very upset that I ordered correct size, yet I still had to pay for shipping of a defective item. I will not be shopping with this company again because of this. Very disappointed.
