Starr Shipping Policy

Our goal is to get every order shipped within one business day of being placed. Please allow 1 -2 business days for shipment information to be sent to you via e-mail once an order is placed. If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, please contact us at CustomerService@StarrWesternWear.com.

Out of Stock Orders:

Sometimes it happens, we run out of the very item you wanted! In that case, we will contact you and ask you whether you would like a substitute item, or to cancel the item. If we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours, we will automatically cancel the item and ship the remainder of the order, if any. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped.

Delivery Area:

We accept orders for shipment within the U.S., however we cannot accept orders being delivered to exporting services or forwarding services even though those are located within the U.S. Some customers from Mexico may choose to order online and come to our stores in El Paso, Texas to pick up their order. We are happy to make this arrangement, although we do require all credit cards to have a verifiable billing address in the United States.

Available Shipping Methods:

We offer standard or ground shipping through the United States Postal Service and FedEx. The cost is based on the size of the box as well as weight, so some items such as hats may have an unexpectedly high shipping cost. The shipping cost comes directly from the carrier, and you are not charged a handling fee or any other added fees. Delivery can take from 3-7 days depending on your location.
We also offer Priority shipping from USPS and FedEx, which is 2-day shipping.
Customers within driving distance of our El Paso, Texas stores can choose to pick up their orders at the store of their choice at no additional charge.

Free Shipping on Purchases Over $50:

We are happy to offer free standard or ground shipping to all qualifying orders of $50 or more. To qualify, your order must total at least $50 before taxes or discounts and have a deliverable USPS address in the contiguous 48 States. Some final clearance items may not qualify for free shipping. Applies to retail purchases only. Applies only once per purchase. Does not apply to multiple delivery attempts due to inaccurate information or inability to deliver to your address.

Shipping Exceptions:

Currently, we cannot ship standard or ground shipping to the following states and territories: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We do offer USPS Priority and Express to those states and territories, as well as UPS 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii. APO and FPO address may use any USPS Shipping method.
