Shirt was too big upon arrival. The customer service team at Starr were the best. They send me a smaller size with no issues. I live out of state,and one thing I miss in El Paso is Starr Western Wear ! Great job!

I loved it. I ordered an XXL and am exchanging it for 2XLT cause in a little taller. I’m happy they have an 2XLT option. Pulse free exchanges made this offer even more enticing to keep the jacket for the bigger size. Super comfy and warm and soft too!!!! I love it but worried I’ll never get to wear it because my wife will be stealing it from me all the time.
